Mobile ki Lat: Kaise Reels aur Shorts Ne Hamari Neend aur Waqt Dono Cheen Liye

 

Hum sabhi ke haath mein aaj ek chota sa dabba hai—smartphone. Ye dabba duniya se jodne ka sabse bada zariya hai, lekin yehi dabba aaj hamari neend ka dushman aur waqt ka chor ban gaya hai.

Maine khud yeh mehsoos kiya hai, aur shayad aap bhi is baat se sehmat honge: Humari yeh aadat, khaaskar Reels aur Shorts videos ki, ek aisi lat hai jo aasaani se chhutti nahi.

Reels: Waqt Barbaad Karne Ki Machine

Do Sabse Bade Nuksaan

Aapne bilkul sahi kaha ki is lat ki wajah se sabse zyada nuksaan do cheezon ka hota hai:

1. Neend Kharab Hona

Neend, sehat ke liye sabse zaroori hai. Lekin humari aadat kya ban gayi hai? Raat ko sone se pehle ghanton tak phone dekhna.

Phone ki neeli roshni (blue light) humare dimag ko jagaye rakhti hai.

Humara dimaag hamesha 'Agla Reel kya hoga?' sochta rehta hai, aur is wajah se humari neend ki quality bahut kharab ho jati hai. Subah uthte hain to thakaan hoti hai, aur din bhar aalas rehta hai.

2. Waqt Ka Zaya Hona

Aaj humari sabse badi daulat "waqt" hai. Aur hum is daulat ko Reels aur Shorts par kharch kar rahe hain.

Agar aap roz sirf 1 ghanta in videos par dete hain, to ek saal mein aap 365 ghante (yaani poore 15 din) barbaad kar dete hain.

Ye woh waqt hai jismein hum koi naya skill seekh sakte the, gharwalon se baat kar sakte the, ya kisi kitaab ko padh sakte the. Lekin woh waqt chala gaya.

Meri Salah: Khud Se Wada Karein

Is aadat ko chhodne ke liye kisi bade plan ki zaroorat nahi hai. Zarurat hai to sirf chote-chote waade aur mazboot irade ki.

Meri to yahi salah rahegi:

Ek Time Fix Karein: Raat ko 9 baje ke baad ya sone se ek ghante pehle phone ko chhuo mat. Phone ko bedroom se door rakho.

Use Kum Karein: Har baar jab phone uthane ka mann kare, to 10 second ruk kar khud se poocho, "Kya yeh sach mein zaroori hai?"

App Lock/Timer Lagayein: Agar aap khud ko nahi rok pa rahe, to phone mein Screen Time ya Digital Wellbeing settings mein jaakar Reels/Shorts apps par timer (limit) laga dijiye.

Hum sab is digital lat se lad rahe hain. Yaad rakhiye, aapka waqt, aapki neend aur aapka sukoon in 15-second ki videos se kahin zyada kimti hai.
